This site is operated by Your Realty Leverage, Inc. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you book a session, submit a form, or join our email list, we collect the information you give us. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to share in a message or intake question.

When you pay, payment is processed by our payment processor. We do not store your card number.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This comes from standard website analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the services you requested, communicate with you about your session or engagement, send scheduling and reminder messages, respond to inquiries, send email content if you have subscribed, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Text messages

If you provide your phone number, you may receive text messages related to your session, including scheduling, reminders, and follow up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to communicate with you directly.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us operate: our CRM and communication platform, our email delivery provider, our payment processor, our scheduling tools, and our accounting software. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

We may disclose information if required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Confidentiality of session content

What you share during coaching or advisory sessions is held in confidence and is not shared with third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or archive it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Terms of Service

Effective July 29, 2026

These terms apply to the use of this website and to coaching and advisory services purchased through it. By booking a session or purchasing a service, you agree to them.

Nature of the services

Services provided are professional coaching, consulting, and advisory. They are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for any of those. No practitioner-patient or attorney-client relationship is created.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Results are not guaranteed. Any outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own participation and circumstances.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

Booking and payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received.

Payment for the Alignment Session is non-refundable. A session may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled or missed inside the 24-hour window are forfeited.

The Alignment Session fee is applied toward the first month of ongoing work if you choose to continue within 60 days of your session.

Ongoing engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.

Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is held in confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a reasonable belief of risk of serious harm.

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary materials, frameworks, or methods shared with you.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and all materials provided in connection with services, including the ALIGN5 Method, The Journey Back to You, Brindley's Boardroom, and any frameworks, documents, recordings, or templates, are owned by Your Realty Leverage, Inc.

You may use materials for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, resell, distribute, teach, license, or publish them without written permission.

Group and organizational work

Where services are delivered to a group or organization, all participants agree to keep what is shared in the room confidential.

Communication

We may contact you by email, phone, or text regarding your session or engagement. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Between-session communication, where included, is defined in your written agreement. Response times are stated there.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Realty Leverage, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services or the use of this site. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Conduct

We reserve the right to end an engagement and decline future service if conduct is abusive, dishonest, or otherwise makes the work unworkable. Where an engagement is ended for these reasons, refunds are at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
