I didn't come to this work through a certification.
I came through it the hard way.

I've operated in high-performance environments most of my career. Wall Street. Real estate. Leadership rooms where the numbers looked good and the system underneath was quietly breaking down.

I also walked through recovery. The kind that forces you to stop performing and look honestly at what's actually out of order.

What I learned in both places is the same thing.

Most people don't have a strategy problem. They have an order problem. Roles are blurred. Loyalties override clarity. People burn out carrying what was never theirs to carry.

And no amount of effort fixes a system that's out of order.

That's why I created the ALIGN5 Method. Not to add another framework to the pile... but to bridge what most approaches keep separate: the inner work and the operational reality. Both matter. Neither works without the other.

I do this work because I know what it costs to lead inside distortion. And I know what becomes possible when order is restored.
