In a constellation, representatives are chosen to stand in for family members. They are placed intuitively in the space — and without any prior knowledge, they begin to sense what those people actually experienced.

Practitioners call this the Knowing Field. Emotions surface. Truths emerge. Hidden dynamics become visible — not through analysis or explanation, but through felt experience.

This is not metaphor. It is the mechanism through which the work operates.

The principles behind the work.

Family Constellations is built on three core truths about how family systems operate.

THE RIGHT TO BELONG

Every member of a family has a right to belong. When someone is excluded — through shame, secrets, or tragedy — later generations unconsciously carry their pain and repeat their fate.

ORDER & HIERARCHY

Each generation has its rightful place. When children carry parents' burdens, or roles are reversed, the resulting disorder shows up as suffering, disconnection, and patterns that logic can't solve.

BALANCE OF GIVING & TAKING

Healthy relationships thrive on natural balance. When that balance is disrupted across generations, it creates cycles of guilt, resentment, and love that cannot find its way home.

What happens in a session.

STEP 01 — SETTING THE ISSUE

You name what feels stuck.

You identify a recurring pattern — a relationship block, a grief that won't move, an anxiety or theme you want to understand more deeply. No preparation required.

STEP 02 — PLACING REPRESENTATIVES

The system takes shape.

Volunteers or objects represent family members, placed intuitively in the space. No prior information is given. The field does the work.

STEP 03 — THE FIELD SPEAKS

Hidden dynamics emerge.

Representatives begin to sense genuine emotions and physical sensations — exposing hidden entanglements, loyalties, and dynamics within the family system.

STEP 04 — HEALING SENTENCES

The system finds a new image.

The facilitator guides the system toward a healing image - restoring love, order, and belonging across the family soul.

A private session goes deep into your specific family system. Conducted via Zoom using objects as representatives. Intimate, contained, and precise.

GROUP CONSTELLATION

Constellation work in a group setting

In a group, other participants serve as representatives. The field becomes richer and more dynamic. A profound experience for everyone present — not just the focus client.

Family Constellation is not about reliving the past.

It’s about understanding the system that shaped it. Most of what we struggle with is not random. It is patterned. Loyal. Protective. Often inherited. In this work, we slow down enough to see what has been operating beneath the surface — roles assumed too early, grief never acknowledged, responsibility carried without choice and more.

When what was hidden becomes visible, the system no longer needs to compensate. When order is restored, love flows differently. Boundaries become cleaner. Movement feels possible again. You don’t leave with more insight. You leave with more freedom.
